Unlike standard equipment rentals, we provide a turnkey production solution. We deliver a high-performance Potens MF, the Portable Roof Panel Factory to your job site, accompanied by a certified Potens Machinery Technician.

The Machine, Potens MF: A trailer-mounted, Mechanical Standing Seam Roof Panel roll former equipped with decoilers.
The Technician: Our on-site expert handles the machine setup, calibration, and operation. This ensures that every panel is produced to exact specifications, reducing waste and protecting your liability.

Service Area Notice: Please note that our on-site roll forming and coil pick-up services are currently available exclusively for job sites located within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area in Texas.

Clear and Simple Daily Pricing Our on-site roll forming service is available for a flat rate of $1,800 per day. This complete package includes:

The Equipment: Full use of Potens MF Mobile Roof Panel Factory at your job site.
The Technician: A certified Potens Machinery expert to set up and operate the machine for you.
The Hours: A standard workday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 full hours of machine operation, plus a 1-hour lunch break).

Optional Add-On: Coil Pick-Up Service ($300 Flat Rate)

Eliminate Forklift Rental Costs: If your project needs two coils or fewer, we can tow our mobile factory directly to your metal supplier. We will load the coils onto the machine at the supplier and bring everything to your job site, ready to run. This service saves you the hassle and high cost of renting a forklift for the day.
Full 8-Hour Guarantee: The time it takes us to pick up and deliver your coils does not take away from your daily rental time. You will still get your full 8 hours of on-site machine operation from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

How It Works ?

Consultation: Let us know the width, type and the thickness of the coil you want to work.

On-Site Delivery: We deliver the mobile factory directly to your construction site exactly on schedule, complete with all the essential installation tools you need to seamlessly finish the job.

Production: Our technician operates the machine based on your Cut List. While we are manufacturing the panels according to your Cut List, you will focus on installation.

Completion: Once the production run is finished, we pack up and remove the equipment, leaving you with a ready-to-install roof system.

Contractor Requirements

B2B Only: This service is exclusive to registered builders and construction contractors.

Material: Contractors can provide their own coil, or Potens can assist in sourcing the coil.

On-Site Support: The contractor is responsible for providing the labor (crew) to catch and stack/install the panels as they exit the machine.

Equipment: A forklift is required on-site to load the metal coils onto the machine’s decoilers. If you want to avoid renting a Forklift we can pick up your coil.

Coil Pick-Up Service, Eliminate Forklift Rental Costs: If your project requires two coils or fewer, we can tow our mobile factory directly to your metal supplier. We’ll have the coils loaded onto the machine at supplier and bring the entire setup to your job site, ready to run. This turn-key service saves you the hassle and high cost of coordinating a separate forklift rental.
