Potens Trailer Integration Kit

Shipping a fully built trailer across the US and Canada can be very expensive. To save you money on freight costs, we created the Potens Trailer Integration Kit.

Potens TK is a ready-to-assemble package gives you everything you need to build your own "Mobile Roof Panel Factory" locally. We provide all the necessary hardware, easy-to-follow plans, and support parts to mount our roll forming machines directly onto your own trailer with arbours and runout tables. It is a highly cost-effective and simple way to get a complete, portable production setup.

To make the process as smooth as possible, every kit comes with a detailed, step-by-step Installation Manual. This easy-to-read guide shows you exactly how to safely assemble, secure, and set up all the equipment on your trailer.

What is included in the Kit?

• Ready-to-Install Rack Frame: The main support frame with coil entery guidance roller.

• 1 Arbour (Max Capacity: 3,000 lbs): The bed for a second arbour is already installed on the frame. If you need a second arbour, please contact us to add one to your order.

• 2 Run-Out Tables (10 feet each): Your setup can hold up to 5 run-out tables in total. If you need more tables, please contact us to purchase extras.

Required Trailer Specifications

To ensure a safe and successful installation, the trailer you provide must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Dimensions: Minimum 14 feet long by 77 inches wide (84 inches wide is highly recommended)

• Flooring: Smooth 10-Gauge steel deck

• Cross Members: C-Channel cross members required at least every 20 inches (16-inch spacing is highly recommended)

• Axles: Double Axle (Spring type)

• Axle Weight: 2 x 5,200 lbs

• Brakes: 2 Electric Brakes

• Stabilizers: 4 drop-down stabilizers (one on each corner)

• Tie-Downs: 6 D-Rings on the outside of the frame (3 on each side) are recommended
