The Potens MF Mobile Roof Panel Factory is the ultimate, ready to work integration of our flagship Potens PRF-M roll former and a high-capacity, dual-ready decoiler setup. We expertly mount and integrate the roll forming machinery onto a purpose-built, heavy-duty trailer featuring a single expandable arbor. The trailer includes a dual-capacity overhead rack and all essential support components, making it incredibly easy to drop in a second arbor as an optional add-on. This creates a fully optimized, turnkey portable roof panel production solution that is ready for immediate deployment to any job site.

The Roll Forming Machine: Powered by the Potens PRF-M, delivering automated efficiency and precision panel production directly at the construction site. (See the PRF-M specifications for full profile and performance details).

Overhead Reel Rack & Dual Decoilers: An integrated overhead rack featuring two expandable arbors. Each arbor supports coil widths up to 24 inches and weights up to 3,000 lbs, allowing your mobile factory to carry a massive total coil payload of 6,000 lbs. Accommodates coils with a 15" to 21" ID and up to a 35" OD.

Heavy-Duty Custom Trailer: Built to handle the rigors of the road and the job site. The system is mounted on a robust 86-inch by 14-foot dual-axle trailer (10,000 lbs GVWR). It features twin axles with electric brakes, 11-gauge plate steel floor, four-corner leveling jacks for perfect on-site stabilization, and a mounted spare tire.

Adjustable Run-Out Table: Comes standard with two 10-foot variable height run-out tables (20 feet of total support) to safely catch and support finished panels.
