Rib Rollers
The Machine comes with two pairs of Bead Adjustable Rib Rollers. Rib roller is a specialized roller assembly designed to add raised or indented shapes (ribs) to the flat central area of a metal panel,
What a rib roller does and why it is used?
Increases Stiffness and Rigidity: The primary structural purpose of a rib roller is to add strength and stiffness to the flat part of the profiled panel.
Minimizes "Oil Canning": "Oil canning" is an undesirable, wavy distortion that can naturally occur in the flat areas of metal panels. Rib rollers add structure that helps minimize or completely eliminate the appearance of this waviness.
Hides Imperfections: Adding ribs can conceal potential defects in the metal material itself (such as an incorrectly slit coil) or issues that occur during the roll forming process (like deformations caused by a machine being out of adjustment).
Enhances Aesthetics: Ribs are often added purely for curb appeal and decorative purposes, providing a styled finish to the final product.
Those two pairs of Bead Rib Rollers are fully customizable, You can do your own set up by moving the Rib Rollers. Even you can take out one of the Rib Rollers and finish with only one mark on the finished panel. Our Recommendation for 20 to 24 inches coils to use two rib rollers spaced equally on the finished panel. For 16 inch coils or smaller coils just mark with one rib roller at the center.
The Automation Feature
